The nature of how we communicate has significantly changed since 2015 so any business communication textbook that is older will have similar shortfalls. For example, how to communicate effectively in virtual meetings or via social channels. Since the book was published in 2015, newer concepts are not addressed. There are some areas that need updating to reflect the current business environment.
